HEMORRHOIDS WITHOUT MEDICINE

Hemorrhoids are a disease that requires a change in eating habits to relieve pain and comfort. According to a health website, inflammation or swelling of the lower part of the pelvis and the blood vessels outside or inside the anus is called piles or ‘hemorrhoids’.

Olive oil:

Ginger and lemon juice:

Dehydration is another cause of hemorrhoids. Eat a mixture of ginger, lemon and honey twice a day. Hemorrhoids can be controlled quickly by playing this mixture regularly. In addition, drinking at least 2-3 liters of water a day can be very beneficial.

Ice:

Ice is one of the most important home remedies for hemorrhoids. Ice keeps blood circulation active and relieves pain. Wrap a few pieces of ice in a cloth and put it on the sore spot for 10 minutes. Thus, if you use ice several times a day, you will get good results.

Apple Cider Vinegar:

Apply Apple Cider Vinegar on a cotton swab to the sore spot. Initially it will cause burns, but after a while this burns will subside. Use this method several times a day. For internal hemorrhoids, mix one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and eat twice a day. You can mix one teaspoon of honey with it.

Aloe vera:

Massage aloe vera gel on the affected area for external hemorrhoids. This will help to reduce the pain quickly. In case of internal hemorrhoids, cut the thorny part of the aloe vera leaf and put the gel part in a plastic packet and keep it in the fridge. This time apply a piece of this cold aloe vera gel to the wound. It will help reduce irritation, pain, itching.

Figs:

Soak dried figs or figs in 1 glass of water overnight. Drink half of this water the next morning. Drink the remaining half of the water again in the afternoon.

Raw Onion:

The cause of piles is the problem of bleeding from the anus, the problem is much less in raw onions. It also helps in relieving intestinal pain.

Yellow:

It boils well in raw turmeric water. And eat this water regularly. There are many benefits to the problem of piles.

Banana:

The most beneficial and infallible medicine for constipation is banana. Banana helps to defecate without difficulty. This does not put any pressure on the anus, which does not increase the problem of piles. Playing with banana soybean milk will benefit more quickly.

Pulses:

Lentils, khesari pulses, linseed pulses, these foods are very useful in curing the problem of piles.

Radish

Radish is very beneficial in hemorrhoids or piles and constipation. Fresh mulberry juice is considered as an effective food medicine to cure hemorrhoids. Those suffering from hemorrhoids will benefit from 80-90 ml of fresh mulberry juice in the morning and afternoon. Rich in essential vitamins and minerals, radishes are rich in potassium, vitamin C, foliate, fiber, manganese, copper, magnesium, calcium and sodium. Radish contains cysteine-rich protein extract antihypertensive.

 

Hemorrhoids can be avoided by drinking plenty of water and avoiding spicy foods to prevent constipation.
